A 28-year-old Stratford man was arrested Thursday on allegations he sexually assaulted a 15 year-old.
Michael Capogrosso, was arrested on Sept. 4, and charged with second-degree sexual assault.

The arrest stems from a complaint filed in 2008, where a 15-year-old allegedly told police that she met Capogrosso one night in Shelton and that he brought her to his apartment. According to the victim, Capogrosso then engaged in nonconsensual sex with her.
Bond was $25,000.
Capogrosso was arrested with assistance from the U.S. Marshals.
