Daqhon Alston, 21, of Stratford was taken into custody on Sept. 11 and charged with robbery in the first degree for involvement in an incident which occurred on March 25.

The victim, a delivery man for China House Restaurant, was allegedly robbed at gunpoint by three black males on General Street after making a delivery there. He reported the crime when he returned to the restaurant at 1056 Stratford Avenue.
The arrest is the result of a warrant issued for Alston based on the investigation into the robbery. Alston was processed and held on a $75,000 dollar court-set bond.
